How to make soft idlis?
This is in the minds of several people.First take four cups of boiled rice and one cup ofuraddal and soak them separately for two hours.Wash them thoroughly.grindricecoursely.Grind dal for half an hour till it becomes frothy.Mix them together adding the required amount ofsalt.keep it aside for 8 hours to ferment.Greese the idly plates with oil and pour the batter.Boil for 10 minutes.
Hot idly is ready to serve.serve it with chutney or sambar..........
